I read in the Wall Street Journal that AT&T is counting on its “next big thing” to increase earnings.
What’s your next big thing? Have you ever had one?
Many medical groups do business just like all of their competitors. And those competitors do business just like you. So where’s the breakthrough?
Of course, some individual practitioners and some group practices do break the mold. Even if it’s only to create a new one.
For example, internal medicine doctors who’ve in essence become “lifestyle” physicians, plastic surgeons who’ve used celebrity based marketing to build their practices, and anesthesia groups that have re-thought the traditional hospital-centric model.
In this market, there’s no safety in being in the center of the herd.
What’s your next big thing?
