Surprise!
I love surprise parties. This past weekend, my three sons surprised me by coming to town for my birthday.
But some surprises aren’t so great. In fact, they’re downright disgusting.
Like, “Sorry, we’re not renewing your contract.” Or, “We’ve decided to issue an RFP.”
You can’t take part in planning your own surprise party. But you actually play a big part in the other type of surprise.
A group’s contract isn’t terminated on a whim. There’s a significant cost to switch providers.
Every day is an opportunity not to plan your goodbye party.
